On a daily basis you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a manufacturing engineering team to ensure effective manufacturing within their electro-mechanical environment. It involves enhancing core manufacturing engineering processes, creating manuals, and implementing KPIs to align with operational and business objectives. Additionally, the role includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with other departments to develop a manufacturing technology roadmap, and building robust relationships throughout the organization.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer / Supervisor with mechanical & electrical experience or similar looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity to progress into the Defence industry.
