In this role, the successful Lead Magento Developer will be responsible for all aspects in driving the success of the e-commerce platform, including: Website management, sales, marketing, customer experience, and reporting.

This role would suit a Lead Magento Developer who is hungry to not only take ownership of the website, but also to push the boundaries and expand the website into the digital marketplace.

The Role:

• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales
• Optimising the user experience
• Analyse data, monitor website performance, and collaborate with various departments to enhance marketing campaigns, inventory management, and customer service.

The Person:

• E-Commerce management experience
• A strong understanding of common e-commerce technology (ideally Magento)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
