Are you an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer looking to join a growing, high-end PC builders business working with companies such as Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo?

On offer is a unique opening for an IT Support Engineer to join a 50 year old company heavily investing in R&D to take the lead in industries such as Robotics, AI and Automated vehicles within the UK.

In the role, the Lead IT Support Engineer will be a key member of the team, working across the company to provide in-house technical expertise, ensuring that our companies products remain functional and effective.

This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a new challenge within an expanding business.

The Role:

• Configure COTS Wi-Fi Routers to meet requirements before sending out.
• Manage the VBScript automated System for deployment.
• Manage projects, analyse design spec, provide 3^rd line support.
• Design and deliver solutions that match time, cost and quality standards of our organization.

The Person:

• Experience in building and booting PCs from scratch.
• Local to Norwich.
• Ability to work to deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail.
