Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a Facilities / Building Fabric background looking for a varied shift-based role (no nights) split between on the tools maintenance and supervisory responsibilities at a leading Live Events venue in a role offering a bonus and overtime to increase your earnings?
This leading Events Venue hold Conferences, Concerts and Live Events at their site in central Liverpool. Since their establishment in the early 2000s, they have had an increasing workload, and now employee over 250 staff- with aims to further grow their friendly maintenance team.
In this varied Supervisory role you will undertake both on the tools maintenance work (80%) and supervisory responsibilities including rotas and paperwork (20%) as you oversee the tight-knit maintenance team of 5 and carry out varied planned and reactive building fabric Maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical work. You will work across varying shifts with some weekend work.
This role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor from a Building Fabric background looking for an autonomous and varied role within a well-established Live Events venue where you can continually progress and increase your earnings through a bonus.
The Role:
* Range of Building Maintenance (Primarily Electrical work, some Plumbing and building Fabric work)
* Oversee tight-knit team of 5 – paperwork, rotas etc.
* 80% on the tools work / 20% Supervisory responsibilities
* Site based role
* Varying shifts 07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00- some weekend work required

* Commutable to Liverpool
