Are you looking to step into a unique role, for a technically advanced manufacturer of high performance heat transfer fluids, which will prioritise your progression, as they continue to open further sites, and provide additional services to their clients within the Medical, Renewables, F&B and manufacturing sectors?

The company provide innovative colling and heating fluid solutions in many industry sectors. They are a globally leading group, providing a holistic service to their clients; from product manufacture to ongoing remediation and optimisation services. They consistently operate at the cutting edge of their industry, and therefore run an effective Laboratory for the testing of their heat transfer fluids, with a view to conducting independent testing in the future.

You will be responsible for providing and analysing data which determines how well treatment processes are working, through the analysis of water and biosolids, on a physical and biological level. You will also develop and monitor KPI’s, new processes and procedures, and contribute ongoing to the development of the department as it continues to grow.

The role:

• Analyse water and biosolids on a physical and biological level
• Extrapolate data from the results of these tests, to determine how well treatment processes are working
• Test samples from the manufacturing facility, as well as from client sites
• Collate data and results and liaise with the Engineering team to focus on Quality and Continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• New Product Development

The person:

• Laboratory experience
• Chemistry or Biology background
