Are you a Junior / Trainee Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background looking to join a growing and long-standing company, offering plenty of on-the-job shadowing, internal and external training courses, and a wide variety of work?

In this role you will be involved with the preventative and reactive maintenance of food production machinery and equipment across the site.

This company were established nearly 50 years ago and have nearly 300 employees, making them a market leader in the UK within their speciality. They supply into almost every supermarket and have plans to move to a brand-new, top of the line factory very soon.

This role would suit somebody with some maintenance experience from within a factory or manufacturing environment, either mechanically or electrically, looking to further their career through tailored training in a company that will invest in them.

The Role:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Working on food production machinery either mechanically or electrically
• Ongoing training through shadowing experienced engineers and training courses
• Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm, then 2pm – 10pm, rotating weekly

The Person:

• Maintenance experience or Engineering Apprenticeship in similar environment
• Mechanical or Electrical background
