Are you a Construction Project Manager looking for an autonomous role where you will play an integral part in the success of a well-established Construction Company where you will have the autonomy to oversee multiple varied and specialist Hotel projects simultaneously, in a role offering a clear progression structure to Senior Project Manager and beyond?

This company are a well-established Construction company who work on varied and exciting construction projects across a range of industries. Since their establishment 23 years ago they have continually grown and are now diversifying into new sectors.

In this varied role you will autonomously oversee multiple Hotel fit out / new build projects simultaneously, with responsibilities including planning site activities, liaising with suppliers, contractors and different departments and undertaking site work.. This is a varied role where no two days are the same and your time is split between the office and site visitation.

This is an opportunity to work on bespoke Hotel projects, within a company who offer flexible working hours and opportunities to work from home 2 days a week (post-probation), and are constantly looking for ways of developing their products and services and ensuring staff use the latest techniques and software.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a Hotels / Leisure / Office background who is looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will have the opportunity to work on high end specialist projects within a company offering progression to senior roles.

The Role:
* Autonomously manage multiple Hotel projects (fit outs/ new builds)
* Liaise with clients, contractors and other departments
* Undertake site work and plan site-based activities
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Attend site and client meetings
* Office based with site visitation
* Flexible working hours and opportunities to work from home 2 days a week

The Person:
* Construction Project Manager
* Hotels / Leisure / Commercial / Office background
* Looking for ongoing training and progression to senior roles
* Happy to undertake site visitations -staying away not regularly required
* Commutable to Birmingham – Full Driving Licence
