This role includes conducting regular site visits, managing labor and subcontractors, and overseeing deliveries. They also coordinate on-site issues with the design team, attend daily and periodic progress meetings, and review and enforce health and safety protocols. Additionally, they prepare detailed site visit reports, manage project schedules, assist with monthly progress applications, and handle commercial issues as they arise during construction.
This role would suit an aspiring Junior Project Engineer with experience in construction who is looking to work in a collaborative environment which offers a variety of work and lots of progressions.
