This company is a startup company looking to develop a product that aims to change the mechanical engineering industry. Currently, in its pre-revenue stage – its product aims to relieve hundreds of millions of pounds worth of greenhouse emissions. Going from strength to strength, the company aims to increase their headcount over the next year and has recently won government contracts and a huge R&D contract.
On offer is an excellent opportunity to have a direct impact on all areas of the company. You will deal with office management and support including supplies inventories, managing company correspondence, and visitor coordination and fostering a welcoming environment. Additionally financial administration will be involved in the role, encompassing bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial reporting. You will also be required to assist with internal processes, policies, and HR tasks to enhance organizational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations.
This role would suit an Office Coordinator / Administrator / Manager looking for a varied, autonomous, role where you can further your administration skills and work in an exciting work environment that offers a range of company benefits including progression and funding training.
THE ROLE:
* Office Support – Provide comprehensive office support, including facility management, correspondence handling, visitor coordination, and event organization.
* Finance Support – financial tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, financial reporting, and payroll management.
* Policy / Processes – Assist in enhancing internal processes, maintaining organized company files, and ensuring compliance with office legislation and regulations
THE PERSON:
* Office Coordinator / Administrator / Manager
* Experience supporting financial tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing etc
* Good organisational / communication skills
* Commutable to Bristol
