Are you a Junior IT support engineer looking to work for a global company in a role that will provide you with both training and progression opportunities?
Do you want the opportunity to work for a leading international law firm with more than 900 lawyers work in nine offices across three continents, within integrated global practices, serving clients around the world?
On offer is a truly unique opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a corporate office with around 260 staff. You will join a tight-knit team of 5 on the IT department and receive all the support you need to really progress your career.
In this role you will be predominantly providing 1st line support for the London office, taking on more responsibilities as you go and progress within the company, and provide remote support for iPhones and iPads, administering RSA server and managing laptops and encryption of portable media.
This role would suit an IT Support engineer with experience with iManage looking to progress their career
The Role
- Provide remote support for iPhones and iPads
- Log and manage support calls using the firm’s Help Desk software
- Proactive in the resolution of difficult issues and escalating where necessary
The Person
- Some IT Support experience
- iManage exposure
- Commute to Central London 4x per week
