In this role, the successful Junior IT Support Engineer will provide 1st line Support by email and telephone, and act as point of contact for any IT or telephony related issues for all users
This role would suit a Junior IT Support engineer with some experience in a similar role, that is looking to join the leading nationwide distributor for major cladding brands.
1st Line IT Support, 365, Active Directory.
Deal with customer tickets, problem solve.
Work closely with head of IT
1st Line Support Experience.
Experience of user setups including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
