The company have been established for nearly 40 years, manufacture a range of electrical components, supplying highly reputable OEMs and CEMs worldwide. They are currently embarking on an ambitious growth plan, and therefore this role has arisen, to take technical enquiries from clients, and provide an excellent service to a plethora of customers.
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from clients, providing product support, problem solving any technical enquires and upselling where possible.
Take incoming calls from clients, regarding product range, technical enquiries, ongoing service, etc
Respond to technical enquiries, troubleshooting and providing effective advice to clients
Upsell the company’s range of products and services where possible
Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production, accounts, supply chain) to provide up to date advice and expertise to clients
Any sales, account management or customer service experience
