Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work on early stage project development for bespoke power generation and storage solutions for one of the biggest global players, in a role offering career development to become a technical expert or manager?
In this role you will be responsible for early stage project development of power generation and storage technology. You will be signing off contractors work, delivering technical feasibility studies, creating technical specifications and taking a position of a technical lead for wide variety of Engineering projects, covering renewable energy, HV distribution networks, LV Electrical installations and energy storage.
This multinational company design and build power generation and storage technology across the UK and Europe. They are responsible for generating over 20GW of power across Europe and are looking to increase the UK’s capacity significantly over the next 10 years, having sustainability at the heart of their business.
This role would suit an Junior Electrical or Instrumentation Engineer who is looking for a role offering expert training through a tailored development plan, remote working and career progression to either technical expert or managerial positions.
The Role:
- Early stage development for power generation and storage projects
- Tailored training and development on cutting-edge technology
- Creating specifications and reviewing proposals for the design team
- Reviewing external contractors work in line with company expectations
- Working from home as part of a closely-knit team of technical specialists
- Travel to Nottingham once a fortnight for team meetings

- Understanding of Energy, Power Generation/Storage industries
