The Role:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

The Person:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Background in Customer Service
  • Relevant education or training in automotive technology, engineering, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
