On offer, is the opportunity for a talented IT Support Engineer to technically progress and gain excellent industry training working alongside the talented IT Supervisor of this long-lasting company.

This family-owned company have been manufacturing and distributing decorative products for 60+ years, supplying to over 50 different countries and they want to continue to grow their business, maintaining their international recognition and reputation.

The ideal IT Support Engineer will be proficient in 1^st and 2^nd line with excellent experience in networking active directory and computer configuration.

The role:

• Supporting staff with IT issues i.e configuration, setup up new equipment
• Maintain servers
• Responding to ticket and telephone support

The person:

• 1^st and 2^nd Line IT Support
• Enthusiastic, driven and ambitious
