Are you an IT Support with SQL experience who is looking to join a global software company with offices located in places like Australia, Brazil, Dubai and the US?
On offer is the chance to join a well-established global software company that set out to help their clients build more resilient & efficient supply chains through the use of their impressive in house software along with advice given by their team of dedicated supply chain experts.
If successful you will be jumping into a role where you will provide a high level of support by logging, detailing, progressing and resolving support tickets. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing SQL queries efficiently and effectively while making sure all issues raised are seen through to a resolution.
This role would suit an IT Support who has solid experience within an IT Support role as well as experience using SQL.
The Role:
- Taking inbound calls and emails
- Dealing with SQL queries and scripts
- Resolving support tickets
The Person:
- Experience with SQL
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication skills
