In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be working as part of an experienced IT team and focus mainly on SQL and their ERP system.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with some SQL experience who has the drive to learn and progress their skillset and knowledge.

The Role:

* SQL related tasks
* Escalating tickets to 2nd / 3rd line
* Fantastic training and progression opportunities on SQL and Epicor

The Person:

* IT support engineer with some SQL knowledge
* Looking to progress and develop their technical skills
* Excellent communication skills
