On offer is an exciting new position where you’ll be a vital part of a supportive and skilled IT team. You’ll provide hands-on technical support, manage core infrastructure services, and handle system migrations to cloud-based platforms.

In the role, you will provide on-site technical support, manage Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, and maintain network hardware and internet connectivity. You’ll also handle firewall and routing solutions, implement backup technologies, and manage Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer looking for a quick route to working in a managerial position within an MSP. You must have a clean driving license.

The Role:

• Provide on-site technical support and manage core infrastructure services.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions and security software.
• Assist in system migrations and support Microsoft Office 365.

The Person:

• Experienced in IT support with expertise in Microsoft 365 and networking.
• Skilled in firewall management, server installation, and network configuration.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for IT and customer service.
