In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be providing predominantly 2nd line IT support, offering excellent customer experience, through friendly, helpful technical issue resolution and carrying out on-site work as required; troubleshooting, infrastructure installation, hardware refresh and other projects.
This role would suit a 2nd Line Support Engineer who wants to progress their career for a award winning MSP.
Providing 2nd Line IT support
Troubleshooting and resolving issues from escalations
Troubleshooting, infrastructure installation, hardware refresh and other projects
Experience as a 2nd Line engineer
Worked for an MSP previously is an advantage
Within reliable commuting distance to Frome
