Are you an IT Support Technician looking to work for an ambitious MSP that is looking to rapidly develop your IT skillset and provide you with industry leading training that will allow you to progress you up into Senior and Executive positions within the organisation?

In this role, the IT Support Technician will be working in a client facing role, operating from the IT Service desk. This will involve performing IT Support and Customer Service activities as you will be managing and escalating the IT Support Tickets and queries.
This role would suit an IT Technician who is from a customer facing background, who is looking to jump into a new role working for an existing IT company that will allow you to train up your IT skillset and kickstart your career in IT Support.
The Role:
- Providing IT and Technical Support
- Operating from the IT Service Desk
- Managing and escalating the incoming tickets
- Speaking with clients and understanding their requirements
The Person:
- Background in IT Support
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in a Customer/Client Facing Role
