On offer is a fantastic opening for an IT Support Engineer to step into a lead role and join an award-winning MSP that is currently experiencing a strong period of growth, with ambitious aims to grow further in the next 12 months, where you will receive the training, support and certifications required to ensure you stay ahead of emerging technologies,
In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be at forefront of building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be working closely with key client stakeholders to deliver key information systems and evaluate IT infrastructure to identify risks and present solutions that improve business efficiency and growth.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with advanced 2nd line or 3rd line technical experience looking to take the next step in their career with a customer-facing role, or someone with previous experience in a similar role.
The Role:
- Oversee all technology operations
- support the implementation of strategies set by your clients’ senior management.
- Deliver key information systems and evaluate IT infrastructure to identify risks and present solutions
The Person:
- Experience as a 2nd / 3rd Line engineer
- Looking to take step into management.
- Worked for an MSP previously is an advantage
- Within reliable commuting distance to Frome
