On offer, is the exciting opportunity for a IT Support Manager to join a leading and well-established global MSP with Data Centres in the UK. Joining a team of highly skilled technicians, engineer and architects, you will play a key role in the business and it’s continued growth and success.
In this role, the successful IT Support Manager would be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the support teams ensuring requests, incidents or changes and completed in a timely manner. As a senior member of the business you will also play a key role in building a great culture where everyone strives to do their best and deliver great service to maintain their 5* reputation.
The ideal IT Support Manager would ideally have experience working within an MSP, hold and maintain recognised vendor certificates, have detail knowledge of networks, security, virtualisation and storage.
