In this role, the successful IT Support Manager will be managing the IT helpdesk and supporting the overall IT and Technical Support within the company. You will also be assisting the IT integration projects of the company as one of the go-to IT Engineers in the company.
This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a new role where you will be taking a step up into a Senior position leading the IT Service Desk, in a leading organisation that are working to change lives and better the world.
Managing the IT helpdesk and the IT helpdesk team
Resolving IT and Technical support issues, troubleshooting and resolving issues
Rarely travelling to client sites
Background as an IT Support Manager/Engineer
Experience with Windows Office stack/ Azure Active Directory
Full UK Drivers License
