£30,000 – £35,000 + Training + Progression + Hybrid

On offer is a truly unique opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a corporate office with around 260 staff. You will join a tight-knit team of 5 on the IT department and receive all the support you need to really progress your career.
In this role you will be predominantly providing 1st line support for the London office, taking on more responsibilities as you go and progress within the company, and provide remote support for iPhones and iPads, administering RSA server and managing laptops and encryption of portable media.
This role would suit an IT Support engineer with experience with iManage looking to progress their career
Provide remote support for iPhones and iPads
Log and manage support calls using the firm’s Help Desk software
Proactive in the resolution of difficult issues and escalating where necessary
Some IT Support experience
Commute to Central London 4x per week
