Are you someone Computer Support experience looking to progress your career, working for an exciting distributor of IT Hardware and equipment that is looking to provide you with training, the opportunity to build your skillset and allow you to get hands-on IT Hardware Support experience?

On offer is the opportunity for a IT Support Technician to join a close-nit and collaborative team of IT and Hardware Engineers in a Tech company that provide their range of IT Hardware Products and services to clients across the country. In this role, the IT Support Technician will be working in a varied, hands-on and technical role. You will be fault-finding, troubleshooting and repairing the companies range of Computer and Hardware equipment. You will also be dealing directly with clients and providing pre and post sales activities.

This role would suit a someone who has worked on Computer and Hardware repairs before, that is looking to get exposure to a variety of Computer Hardware Technology in an organisation that will support and train you, progressing your skillset everyday.

The Role:

• Inspecting and Fault-Finding issues with the Hardware and Computer Systems
• Performing repairs and upgrades on the companies Computer Hardware Products
• Providing Support to clients and Pre/Post Sales activities

The Person:

• Experience working on Computer/Hardware Support
• Commutable distance of Wrexham based Office
