On offer in a great opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a small but very talented IT team, with great training opportunities to progress and get involved in other aspects within the team, from web development to cybersecurity!

In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will work alongside a dynamic team to provide 1^st and 2^nd line support, as well as getting involved on other areas such as managing applications and ERP systems, of which full training can be provided.

This role would suit someone with commercial experience as an IT support engineer, who is keen to progress their career and add a multitude of new competences to their skill-set.

The Role:

• General IT support
• support through effective use of the support ticketing system
• Training if needed on areas such as SQL, SharePoint, and ERP systems
