Are you a seasoned IT Support Field Technician with a wealth of experience looking to put your expertise in IT and Hands-on technical support to good use whilst managing your own diary in non-profit organisation dedicated to putting people first?

On offer is the opportunity for an IT Support Field Technician to work your own diary and have flexibility within a non-profit organisation. The successful IT Support Field Technician must be available between 8am-4pm and/or 9am-5pm whilst being able to manage their diary during or around these hours.

Many people require life time care, not only do they want to provide this, they want to achieve the greatest level of support with the goal of changing the lives of many less fortunate.

In this role the IT Support Field Technician will be splitting your time between site visits and office work, you will spend 2/3 days in the week at the site/service being their go too hands-on IT support. You’ll be working with networks, laptops, printers and all other assistive technology that helps in the care of those supported.

The ideal IT Support Field Technician will come in with considerable experience in IT and hands-on technical support. Experience in the care sector isn’t required but being able to pass an enhanced DBS check is. You’ll also have your own transport with the company covering the fuel expenses.

The person

  • UK Driving Licence
  • Must pass an Enhanced DBS check (company provided)
  • Technical maintenance and support experience with networks, laptops, printers and other assistive technology
