In this role, the successful Support Engineer will be working as part of a service desk with occasional travel to customer sites in London.
This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer from a Managed Service Provider background looking to work with an ambitious company where they can progress their career.
Work as part of a service desk responding to escalations.
Occasional travel to customer sites.
Provide technical support to clients.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft, AD, O365, Windows and Networking
Excellent communication skills and a UK citizen.
