Are you a talented IT Support Engineer with 2nd or 3rd line experience looking to join a leading MSP based in Braintree Essex where you will take lead on key customer digital transformation projects?

On offer is the incredible opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a leading MSP focused on providing the best service possible and has surpassed competitors in the area for over two decades.

You will play an important part in the business, contributing your skills and knowledge to key IT System projects such as digital transformation and moving customers from on premise to the cloud.

In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be playing an important part in client projects leading server migrations, supporting and upgrading firewalls and assisting in migrations to the cloud.

This role would suit an experienced 2nd or 3rd Line IT Support Engineer who is driven and passionate about taking a lead position in important projects as well as excited to provide the best service possible. Experience with running digital transformation projects is necessary for this position as well as a Full UK Driving Licence.

The Person:

• Experience as a 2nd or 3rd Line IT Engineer
• Comes from an MSP background
• Full UK Driving Licence and commutable distance to Braintree.
