You’ll be working alongside an expert team of driven and professional IT Support Engineers and have the chance to hone your IT Support skills and develop new ones as training is available to grow your skillset. In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be providing support to an exciting range of businesses from bakeries to construction companies. You’ll be providing 2nd line support to clients in terms of software, hardware, phone systems and networking issues. With ad hoc training you’ll be constantly growing your skills and adding new tools to your arsenal.
This role would suit a IT Support Engineer who is driven and passionate about IT Support and excited to provide the best service possible. Experience within 1st and 2nd line IT Support is necessary for this position.
The Role:
- Provide 2nd line support to Software, Hardware, and Phone Systems
- Installing and Configuring Hardware and Software
- Dealing with Network Issues
The Person:
- 1st and 2nd Line Experience
- Experience with Microsoft tech stacks
- Network Experience
