Are you an IT Support Engineer looking to quickly progress into a 2nd Line IT role, in a job that offers loads of training and the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of technologies as you progress your way up an exciting and rapidly growing MSP?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity for the successful IT Support Engineer to refine their craft in a well-established IT Solutions Managed Service Provider (MSP), working alongside colleagues with over 15 years’ experience in the industry.
In this role the successful IT Support Engineer will be providing effective 2nd Line IT support by dealing with a variety of IT and Technical support tickets, as well as working in a collaborative and process driven team, providing the highest-level service in the industry.
On offer is an exciting opportunity for an IT support Engineer to quickly progress into a more senior role within a rapidly growing MSP, as well as develop your technical skill set through being exposed to a wide variety of technologies and industry sectors.
The Role:
- Identifying and fixing IT and Technical related issues
- Providing 2nd Line IT Support
- Working with a variety of dedicated clientele
- Providing fast and honest assessments and advice
The Person:
- Background as an IT Support Engineer
- Experience in MSP environment
- Commutable distance to Woking office
