The Role: * IT Support 1st and 2nd line * Provide a high level of customer service to clients over the phone and onsite. * Firewalls, Network, Active Directory, VoIP, WiFi, Office 365, Hosting, Servers, Hardware, Switches, Routers.
The Person: * IT Support Engineer (1st Line, 2nd line) * Experience with MS Servers/Firewalls/Network * UK Driver’s License
