In this role you will be providing a high level of customer service and offering a varied range of IT Support to both technical and non-technical customers and staff.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with relevant prior experience and someone who is local, keen and be prepared to work in a varied IT Support role.
The Role:
* IT Support 1st, 2nd & 3rd
* Provide a high level of customer service to technical and non-technical staff and customers.
* Office 365, Azure, Linux, Configuration of CAD packages, Networking, Hosting, Servers, Hardware, Switches, Routers, WiFi. Printers, Computer, Desktop Setup
* Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17:00 – mainly based in Crawley
* Occasional travel to their South Nutfield Site
The Person:
* Industry experience in an IT Support Role.
* Ideally worked in Educations or Events
* UK Driver’s License
