As part of the support team, the successful IT Support Engineer would be providing assistance to students and staff offering a varied range of IT Support making each day as interesting as the last.

In this role, as a IT Support Engineer, you will receive the training necessary to advance not only within the role but to new levels, pushing your career forward. Inside a growing team, you will have opportunities to progress to more technical positions with experienced guidance.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with prior experience in an IT Support, who is passionate in helping those with IT issues and looking to advance a successful career in IT Support.

The Role

• IT Support, 1^st& 2^nd
• Provide customer service to technical and non-technical staff
• Office 365, Azure, VoIP, Networking, Hosting, Servers, Hardware, Switches, Routers, WiFi

The Person

• Experience in an IT Support
• Worked with Windows, Network Support, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory
• Good communicator
