In this role the successful IT Support Engineer will working on providing IT and Technical support to customers and training customers up on the companies bespoke Software. You will also be working on leading new installation projects.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer who is keen on jumping on-board of a new organisation, learning and being trained on their specialised Software, where you will be playing a huge part in the Support of a close-nit team.
The Role:
- Providing IT and Technical Support to Customers
- Working and prioritizing technical and IT tickets
- Providing Support and training on the companies bespoke Software
The Person:
- Background as an IT Support Engineer
- Full Driver’s License and Car
