In the role, the successful IT Support Engineer will bw working on providing 1st line and 2nd Line IT and technical Support. You will be operating from a Service Desk as well as performing occasional visits to different company branches and providing hands-on, in-person IT Support on-site.
This role would suit an IT Support Engineer looking for a highly technical IT Support position where you will be given tons of training and career progression opportunities, working for a market leading company.
The Role:
- Providing Desktop and IT Support services within an Office 365 environment
- 1st Line and 2nd Line Support
- Occasional Travel to company branches
The Person:
- Background as an IT Support Engineer/Technician
- Experience providing IT Support with Office 365 Environment
- Full Drivers’ License
