On offer is a great opportunity for an IT Support Desk Manager to join a specialist, medical equipment provider that focus on making sure their customers are provided with the best possible service and products. As the leader of the support team, the successful IT Support Desk Manager would be providing a high level of customer service and offering a full scope of IT solutions.
In this role, the successful IT Support Desk Manager will be managing the IT Helpdesk and supporting the overall IT and Technical Support within the company. This the chance for you to hone for technical skillset and take on more responsibility.
This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer with Managmement expereince, who is looking to take on more responsibility in a varied and technical role, working for a well-established medical and Healthcare company, where you will have with both training and progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Managing the IT Helpdesk Team
- Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line IT and Technical Support issues
- Office based
The Person:
- Background as an IT Support Engineer
- Experience in a Management/Team Lead position
- Knowledge of MS Office Stack, Operating systems and Servers
- Car + License
