On offer is a great opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a company recognised as one of the most respected commercial trailer and rigid body manufacturers in the UK, and join an IT team that are looking at embarking on a complete digital transformation.
In this role, the successful Junior IT Support Engineer will provide 1st and 2nd line Support by email and telephone, and act as point of contact for any IT or telephony related issues for all users, as well as overseeing operations on the 1st line.
This role would suit a Junior IT Support engineer with some experience in a similar role that wants to play an exciting part in the digital transformation of a UK industry firm.
The Role:
- IT Support, 365, Active Directory.
- Deal with customer tickets, problem solve.
- Work closely with head of IT
