On offer is the fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd line IT Support Engineer to join a growing company of like-minded people that love technology and strive to offer the best level of service to their clients.
This role would suit someone with experience in 2nd Line IT support or a very experienced 1st Line Support Engineer looking to progress their career with a highly reputable Managed Service Provider, with the chance of progressing into a Senior IT Support position.
Providing 2nd Line Support to clients.
Logging and updating support tickets to ensure SLAs are met.
Escalating support tickets to senior members of the Support Desk.
Diagnosing and repairing faulty PCs & laptops.
Strong knowledge of M365, Windows, Networking, Cloud and Anti-Virus software.
2nd Line Support Engineer or an experienced 1st Line looking for a step up.
