Are you an experienced 2^nd Line Support specialist looking to step into an exciting new role providing dedicated IT Support within a large company? On offer is an exciting opportunity for a IT Support Specialist to enter a IT Support role where you will be part of a Top 100 UK Law company where you will deliver efficient, professional, yet personalised IT services throughout the firm by providing 1^st and 2^nd Line Support as well as assisting the Infrastructure Manager when needed.

In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will have a chance to provide high level 2^nd Line IT support responding to various different IT related queries within the firm. You will act as a point of escalation and provide assistance to company employees while working your way through tickets on the help desk.

The Ideal IT Support candidate will have experience in providing technical IT support as well as being a confident individual that will be able to communicate well with colleagues.

The Role:

• Providing high quality help desk support
• Working through tickets
• Helping the infrastructure manager when required

The Person:

• 2^nd Line IT Support experience
• An IT related degree (preferred)
• Based a commutable distance to Central Park, Manchester
