Are you a talented 1st Line IT Support Engineer looking to work for a multi-award-winning global Cyber Security organisation that can offer you full training and the opportunity to work on exciting products and projects?
On offer is the fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a rapidly growing Cyber Security organisation that is trusted by thousands of organisations across the globe.
In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be providing remote support to their worldwide business customers to troubleshoot issues as well as delivering training sessions and remote installations.
This role would suit someone from an MSP or Cyber Security background with a strong understanding of Microsoft products as well as networking and VPN.
The Role:
- Remote support to customers.
- Delivering training sessions on products.
- Assisting with remote installations.
The Person:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commutable distance to Potters Bar.
