Are you an IT Support engineer looking to join a small IT department in a well-established, growing company, that has been experts in their field for over 20 years in a role offering great long term stability?
On offer is a great opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join the UK’s leading distributor of decorative cladding and building boards to the construction industry.
In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will provide 1st line Support by email and telephone, and act as point of contact for any IT or telephony related issues for all users
This role would suit an IT Support engineer with some experience in a similar role, that is looking to join the leading nationwide distributor for major cladding brands.
The Role:
- 1st Line IT Support, 365, Active Directory.
- Deal with customer tickets, problem solve.
- Work closely with head of IT
The Person:
- 1st Line Support Experience.
- Experience of user setups including Active Directory and Microsoft 365
