On offer is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Manager to join and take on a well experienced team of highly skilled individuals, of up to 50 members, in a climate that is ever-evolving, constantly in demand and highly rewarding.

In this role, the IT Service Desk Manager will be responsible for leading a team of IT Service Desk members, providing solution support for technical issues and ensuring that high standards and key targets are being maintained reached.

This role will suit an ambitious IT Service Desk Manager, that is looking to progress their career in a highly rewarding and growing industry.

The Role

• Responsible for all aspects IT Helpdesk Services, Support, Leadership.
• Identify and solve complex problems
• Communicate well with technical and no technical staff and stakeholders

• IT Service Desk Management experience
• Highly skilled with IT solutions, IT Service Desk, IT Support.
• Be a great communicator and team player
• In a commutable distance to Haywards Heath, Hickstead
