On offer is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join an extremely ambitious and well experienced team of highly skilled individuals, in a climate that is ever-evolving, constantly in demand and highly rewarding.

In this role, the IT Service Delivery Manager will be managing and supporting all aspects of the clients SME needs, ranging from SLA managing, as well as making sure all service delivery KPI’s are met.

This role will suit an ambitious IT Service Delivery, that is looking to progress their career in an MSP environment, and is in a commutable distance to Braintree.

The Role:

* Managing and supporting all aspects of the clients SME needs
* Leading a team of IT Support Engineers
* Managing SLA’s
* Working to a ticketing system

The Person:

* IT Support Management Experience
* Experience within an MSP environment
* In a commutable distance to Braintree
