On offer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to enter a IT Support Technician role where you will be part of a client-focused IT Solutions company which is known for providing the highest standard of IT Support.
In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will have a chance to be placed into a client site to provide high level IT support, responding to various different IT related queries. You will act as a point of escalation and provide assistance to the client while working your way through tickets on the help desk.
The Ideal IT Manager candidate will have experience in providing technical IT and networking support as well as being a confident individual that will be able to communicate well with clients as well as colleagues.
The Role:
- Providing high quality support on client sites and from home
- Working through tickets on the helpdesk
- Maintaining good communication to clients and colleagues
The Person:
- Technical Support and Networking Experience
- Own a full UK driver’s license
- Experience working in an MSP
