On offer is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious IT Manager to play an essential role in the successful day to day running of all groups within the company, and manage and co-ordinate all sections of the IT support desk ensuring an effective delivery of IT support across the group.
In this role the successful IT Manager will manage and coordinate the helpdesk and work closely with other areas of the IT Department to support the delivery of new IT applications.
This role would suit a motivated IT Manager with experience leading a team with Experience using managing helpdesk ticketing systems.
The Role:
- Manage and co-ordinate all sections of the IT support desk
- Support desk workforce shift management to ensure 24/7 cover
- Provide cover to Group IT Manager during periods of annual leave and absenteeism
The Person:
- Experience managing IT team whilst driving continuous improvement
- Experience using managing helpdesk ticketing systems
- Ability to create reports to communicate support desk performance statistics
