The ideal candidate will have been working as an Helpdesk or IT Support Engineer and want to make a move into management.
THE
ROLE:
- Manage the 1st line support engineers onsite
- Delegate tasks and coach the junior members of the team
- Manage the tickets raised and prioritise them by urgency
THE PERSON:
- Have IT Support or Helpdesk Experience
- Want to move into Management
- Experience with Remote Support Software
