This role would suit an IT support engineer who has worked for an MSP in 1st line support engineer position.
The Role:
- Supporting customers both remotely and on site.
- Manage helpdesk tickets.
- IT & telephony support.
The Person:
- Experience at an MSP .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license.
