The Isle of Wight has a rich maritime heritage, with a history of boat building and sailing dating back centuries, the island is a hub for maritime activities. It is also home to a number of marinas and boating facilities, making it the ideal location for a marine engineer to set up shop. Duties for this role will range from repairing small boats to working on larger vessels with plenty of opportunities to work on a variety of exciting projects.

The Role:
- Formal training provided with partners including Volvo Penta, Honda and Mercury
- Varied work all leisure boats from small RIBS and auxiliary engines to large sailing and motor yachts
- Installation, service, repairs, and fault finding on electrical and plumbing works
- Installation of a range of mechanical and domestic equipment to new and used boats
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
The Person:
- Marine Engineering background
- Full Driving License
