In this role you will manage a portfolio of international customers using your strong interpersonal skills and with a mechanical grounding, will have the technical knowledge required to discuss requirements with them. The Role:
* Warm desk, advising customers on upgrades and new parts
* Support the management of an existing client base, building strong relationships
* Providing technical insight on products
The Person:
* Mechanical understanding, either in Education or from past experiences
* Account Management / Sales Experience or similar
* Able to read technical drawings
